2026 City of Upland Parks Comprehensive Plan Needs Assessment Survey
The City of Upland is excited to embark on its first-ever Parks and Open Space Master Plan, “Upland Parks: A Vision for the Future.”
This important effort is designed to shape the future of Upland’s parks, recreation facilities, community services, and special events. As our community continues to grow and evolve, we invite you to help define what quality of life in Upland looks like today and for generations to come.
Your response is extremely important. We need your input to ensure this Master Plan reflects the diverse needs, priorities, and vision of our community. This plan will serve as a comprehensive roadmap to guide how we improve, expand, maintain, and invest in our parks, programs, and facilities. Your feedback will directly influence decisions that enhance community health, connectivity, and overall quality of life.
We appreciate your participation in completing the survey. The survey will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain confidential. The City has partnered with ETC Institute, an independent consulting firm, to administer the survey, compile results, and present findings, which will be shared with the community.
